M2M Services Acquires Uplink Security

M2M Services is pleased to announce it has acquired one of the U.S. security industry pioneers, Uplink Security based out of Atlanta, GA. The transaction is an acquisition of substantially all assets of the Uplink Security business from its former owner, Sierra Wireless.

M2M Services and Uplink Security will continue to operate as distinct brands and fully support their respective solution offerings, powered by M2M’s award-winning technology. The two teams will continue to provide best-in-class solutions to their respective growing lists of security industry partners.

The commercial burglary and residential burglary & fire radios – the MiNi and MQ series – will continue being offered by M2M Services under the M2M brand through the partner channels across the United States.
